Overnight Oats

¼ cup rolled oats
generous sprinkle of cinnamon
1 teaspoon hemp seeds
1 teaspoon chia seeds
½ cup plant based milk

(optional)
berries
banana
maple syrup/date paste
nut butter
chopped walnuts
raisins
toasted coconut might be nice!

In a mason jar mix together the oats, cinnamon, and seeds. Add the milk and stir to combine.

Let sit overnight.

In the morning, add your toppings. My favorite is a little date paste, peanut butter and my mixed berry compote .
